The article discusses the implementation of Distance Education (EaD) in the Ministry of Aeronautics, highlighting its regulation through decrees aimed at training officers and sergeants. EaD is presented as an alternative that seeks to meet the educational needs of the Air Force, promoting self-directed learning and student autonomy. The text emphasizes the importance of careful planning and the use of scientific methods to ensure the effectiveness of teaching, even in the absence of the teacher's physical presence. Additionally, it mentions the need for technically prepared personnel to develop and evaluate the offered courses. The article also references the Extension Course Institute of the Air University, which serves as a model for the implementation of EaD, offering a variety of courses to military and civilian students.
