Interdisciplinary Teaching Program - Developing Leadership in the Air Cadet Preparatory Course

The article discusses the importance of leadership training at the Air Cadet Preparatory School (EPCAR), highlighting the institution's mission to develop citizens with the potential to positively influence society and the Air Force. Over its 53 years, EPCAR has sought to implement high-quality education that promotes the intellectual, physical, spiritual, and moral development of cadets. The text proposes the adoption of an interdisciplinary program that encourages cooperation, creativity, and problem-solving, as well as suggesting participative methodologies that stimulate student initiative. Leadership training is viewed as a challenge that requires constant improvement, being essential for the Air Command and the future of Brazil.
