Evaluación de desarrollo organizacional en el Departamento de Ciencia e Tecnología Aeroespacial

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the maturity stage in organizations of Departamento de Ciência e Tecnologia Aeroespacial (DCTA) for the implementation of performance indicators in their management processes. Due the unavailability of suitable tool for the proposed objectives, the research led to the development of a maturity model composed of five dimensions related to the concepts of performance evaluation: knowledge, training, attitude, evaluation and strategic alignment. Model construction and analysis of data is based on the theoretical frameworks related to Strategic Management (AD), the system of performance measurement Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and the model of maturity in project management. To achieve the objectives, the study was based on the results of a questionnaire administered to three organizations from DCTA. The results reveal the existence of different degrees of maturity in the organizations surveyed, indicating the need for specific actions from DCTA in the implementation of methodologies for strategic control.
