The article discusses the need to update the administrative model in the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), emphasizing the importance of investing in human potential and human resources management. It proposes the creation of an advisory body in each military unit to implement a new model based on the principles of Total Quality Management, with a focus on the human factor.
