The article discusses the importance of psychopedagogy in adult education, emphasizing the need to understand the characteristics and needs of this age group, which ranges from 18 to 50 years. The training of instructors should be adapted to meet these specificities, promoting a more effective relationship between teacher and student. The text addresses different stages of adult development, highlighting how life experiences influence learning and adaptation to new realities. The psychopedagogy of adults, which emerged in 1990, aims to improve teaching methods by considering the students' prior knowledge and experience. The article concludes that personalizing education is essential for educational success and to meet the demands of the Ministry of Aeronautics.
