Abstract

The article discusses the urgent need for the Air Force Infantry Instruction and Training Center (CIADINF) to enhance infantry training and doctrine. The proposal arises from the observation that current training is dispersed and lacks standardization, leading to demotivation among military personnel. The CIADINF will be responsible for centralizing training activities, allowing for a more cohesive and efficient approach. With the capacity to conduct up to 17 courses per year, the center can train up to 425 military personnel annually, fostering a "critical mass" of well-trained soldiers. The implementation of CIADINF will not only save resources but also improve troop morale, discipline, and motivation, contributing to the security of Air Force installations. The establishment of this center is seen as a practical and viable solution to the challenges faced by infantry, ensuring a safe and effective operational environment.
