How I see UNIFA

Abstract

Inspired by Santos Dumont, the Ministry of Aeronautics that has always believed in EDUCATION as a primary factor for the development of MAN, in a pioneering decision in the framework of higher education, created the first Brazilian university, dedicated exclusively to postgraduate education: UNIFA - University of the Air Force. The great role of UNIFA is to preserve, transmit and create knowledge, to provide the integral formation of the MAN, as well as to prepare elites (a group of people who, in their respective fields of activity, stand out for their aptitudes, superior to those of the average of the group they integrate). Thus, UNIFA cannot be a simple relay of knowledge, without worrying about the generation of new forms of knowledge. To this end, it is necessary to have lines of research within a perfect relationship with the Department of Education.
