Military organizations providing services in SISMA - A necessity

The article discusses the need for a new management model in Aeronautics, considering the significant budget reduction since 1995. The implementation of the OMPS System is proposed, aiming to optimize the use of financial resources and improve operational efficiency. The system is based on cost accounting and service billing, aligning Aeronautics management with Federal Government guidelines. The implementation phases include awareness, accounting adjustments, and personnel training, with the goal of promoting cost rationalization and increasing operational productivity.
