The article highlights the importance of participating in the Brazilian Air Force as an inalienable commitment to promote the growth of the institution. Instructors play a fundamental role in promoting behavioral changes, aiming for the development and credibility of the Air Force. Qualities such as discipline, selflessness, conviction, courage and knowledge are necessary to achieve success and contribute to the growth of the institution. The vision of uniting thinking and doing, the desire to break with immobility and the willingness to promote changes are essential for the progress of the Brazilian Air Force.
