The article discusses the need for a Center for Dental Treatment under General Anesthesia for special patients in the Brazilian Air Force. The prevalence of disabilities is alarming, with 1 in every 10 people affected, and many special patients face difficulties in receiving adequate dental treatment. The proposed center aims to serve both children and adults who cannot be treated with conventional methods, providing a safe and specialized environment. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the importance of promoting these services to raise awareness and facilitate access to proper dental care.
