The article discusses the need to redirect pedagogical work at the Aeronautics Officers Improvement School (EAOAR) due to the difficulties faced by students in preparing monographs and academic papers. The proposal includes implementing a new line of teaching in Portuguese Language, focusing on guidance for developing research proposals to improve student performance. PACO/F1 will be structured in modules covering relevant topics such as Physical Education and Geopolitics, using individualized teaching methods and self-assessment, promoting a more effective and interactive learning experience.
