The article discusses the implications of globalization in contemporary society, emphasizing the growing social exclusion and the difficulty of adaptation for certain groups. While globalization brings benefits such as access to information and new technologies, it also exacerbates social inequalities, increasing poverty and unemployment. The text highlights the importance of education as a fundamental right, essential for the integral development of personality and the promotion of human dignity. The lack of quality education limits access to opportunities and perpetuates exclusion. The author argues that to address these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen the state and reassess educational policies, which should prioritize ethical and social values, ensuring that everyone has access to quality education.
