Abstract

This study, fruit of a bibliographical study and exploratory research, deals with the instruction of cadets at the Air Force Academy and is divided into three parts. The first discusses education and interdisciplinary instruction for the educational phase of the future professionals. The second deals with the fragility of this instruction and suggests an educational model which returns to required institutional values and interests, as well as showing continuing education as a factor of preservation of potential talent. In the final reflections, the main idea of the study is reinforced, which focuses on taking full advantage of people’s abilities, on developing values and understanding the organizational culture in the educational instruction of each individual.
