Pensamiento multidominio e impactos en el Poder Aeroespacial.

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo fue analizar cómo el pensamiento multidominio impacta al Poder Aeroespacial. Para tal, se usó como metodología la revisión de la literatura, haciendo hincapié en los documentos doctrinarios. Así se caracterizó el pensamiento multidominio traduciéndose en una forma de pensar sobre el uso de medios militares y no militares, teniendo en cuenta los dominios clásicos añadidos a los del espacio, ciberespacio, electromagnético y cognitivo (humano). Aún considera las capacidades existentes y los dominios donde pueden ser empleados, de manera convergente en el tiempo y espacio, superando debilidades, logrando alcanzar resultados sinérgicos y contundentes que ocasionen dudas y dilemas en el oponente, degenerando su voluntad de luchar. El pensamiento multidominio ha evolucionado conceptualmente a partir de iniciativas doctrinarias de las Fuerza Armadas de EE. UU., reflejadas en la OTAN y presentes en la guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania, a medida que nuevos recursos tecnológicos han sido incorporados. Los elementos constituyentes de la ecuación del Poder Aeroespacial Integral fueron utilizados como método de análisis de los impactos. Fue demostrado que hay una tendencia de que los conflictos actuales y futuros ocurran en ambientes multidominios, resultando en la promoción de políticas para desarrollar el sector aeroespacial, alianzas a países que poseen más recursos y capacidades militares, cambios en las estructuras de comando y control, revisión de doctrinas de empleo conjunto, adaptaciones en el ciclo de toma de decisión, adecuación de los entrenamientos para insertar la manera de pensar multidominio y un nuevo abordaje para lograr y mantener la superioridad aeroespacial.

    Oficial de la Fuerza Aérea Brasileña, desde 1998, actualmente en el rango de Coronel desempeñando la función de Instructor de la Escuela de Mando y Estado Mayor de la Aeronáutica (ECEMAR). Es Maestro en Ingeniería Electrónica y Computación, en el área de Microondas y Optoelectrónica, por el Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA (2018), y Maestro en Estrategia y Geopolítica por la Escuela Superior de Guerra de Colombia (2022). Posee Especialización en Análisis de Ambiente Electromagnético por el Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA (2008), Especialización en Gestión Pública y Empleo de la Fuerza Aérea por la UFF/EAOAR (2013) y Especialización en Planificación y Gestión Estratégica por la Fundación Getúlio Vargas (2019). Licenciado en Ciencias Militares con habilitación en Infantería de la Aeronáutica (2001) por la Academia de la Fuerza Aérea (AFA).
