The article discusses the importance of writing monographs in schools, highlighting the effort of interns to develop works that address relevant topics for the Ministry of Aeronautics. The process involves several stages, from topic selection to oral presentation, providing the author with the opportunity to enhance critical and creative skills. Furthermore, the monographic work contributes to the formation of analytical thinking and the appreciation of technical and cultural knowledge. The author suggests measures for disseminating the works, such as publication in school bulletins and the selection of valuable monographs for the Ministry's archive, emphasizing the need to recognize the intellectual effort of authors for the strengthening of the Air Force.
