The article discusses the importance of participatory teaching, which promotes a change in instructors' attitudes towards students, allowing them to become protagonists in their learning. The proposed methodology involves group work, field research, and discussions, as well as formative and summative assessments adapted to new approaches. The text also highlights the need for administrative and pedagogical adjustments, such as instructor training and resource availability, to effectively implement this methodology in educational institutions.
