Abstract

The article discusses proposed measures to reduce Brazil's dependence on imported electronic components, emphasizing the need for a behavioral change in the national industry. Suggested actions include transferring maintenance activities to local companies, standardizing equipment, and legalizing "Offset." The coordinated implementation of these measures is crucial to enhance the capacity of the Brazilian aerospace industry, allowing the country to become less dependent on external suppliers and strengthen its military and technological power.
