The article discusses the importance of Command and Control in the Brazilian Aeronautics, especially in crisis situations. The proposal to create a Crisis Management Team (EGC) aims to support the Commander in making strategic decisions, using a structured model in five phases: activation, analysis, decision-making, formulation, and monitoring. The EGC will be responsible for integrating information and optimizing response time, ensuring that decisions are effective and aligned with the strategic guidelines of the Aeronautics.
