Distance Learning in the Command and General Staff Course of the Air Force - A New Perspective

The article discusses the implementation of distance learning (DL) in the Command and General Staff Course of the Air Force, emphasizing the need to integrate visual and auditory technologies to optimize learning. Despite advancements, students face challenges in balancing available study time with their functional activities. The proposal includes the development of multimedia courses that meet students' needs, promoting increased motivation and learning effectiveness. The author suggests that the use of appropriate educational resources can enhance knowledge retention and facilitate content understanding. Analyzing the consequences of DL implementation is crucial to ensure that the benefits outweigh the additional costs.
