The analysis of Geolaw in the specter of the Ukrainian War and the prospective challenges

This article aims to discuss the need to reformulate the GeoLaw, epistemological basis between Law and Geopolitcs, into the international relations based on the analysis of the Ukraine War and the risks of not using them for the effectiveness of the United Nations system. In this way, the conception of the United Nations and its bodies is approached, adopting the deductive method, through bibliographic and documentary research, to which it is verified the presence of possible legal responses that were not used by foreign policy makers around the globe, impacting the effectiveness of the system.
