Tendências e perspectivas jurídicas no Direito Espacial:
uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Este artigo de revisão sistemática da literatura explora as complexas questões jurídicas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento exponencial da exploração e uso do espaço exterior. Com o aumento das atividades espaciais, como lançamentos de satélites e exploração de recursos minerais, surgem desafios legais como a regulação do uso pacífico do espaço, gestão de detritos espaciais e definição de regras para a apropriação de recursos extraterrestres. Questões transfronteiriças relacionadas à jurisdição e responsabilidade também ganham destaque. O estudo avalia a influência das transformações tecnológicas no Direito Espacial, visando a garantir uma ordem jurídica eficaz na exploração do espaço. Baseado no Protocolo PRISMA e utilizando a ferramenta computacional Bibliometrix, o estudo reúne discussões contemporâneas sobre as atividades espaciais, contribuindo para a literatura jurídica e fornecendo insights para formuladores de políticas e profissionais do direito. Explora-se a regulamentação de atividades humanas no espaço, responsabilidade por danos, governança de recursos extraterrestres e implicações de tecnologias como Inteligência Artificial (IA). Também discute desafios como delimitação do espaço sideral, militarização da IA e resolução de disputas. O artigo enfatiza a importância de regulamentações atualizadas, cooperação internacional e equilíbrio entre regulação e inovação tecnológica. A revisão sistemática oferece um panorama abrangente das tendências jurídicas no campo do Direito Espacial, contribuindo para sua evolução diante das complexidades legais emergentes.
