The article discusses the importance of structuring files in local networks, highlighting the creation of shared folders to improve access and organization of data. Three main folders are suggested: "Files", "Data" and "Programs", each with specific subfolders and varied access permissions, facilitating the exchange of information and data security. In addition, we emphasize the need for standardization of user and group names, allowing efficient management and quick identification of access rights, which is crucial for network administration in corporate environments.
