The article explores the potential of airships in cargo transport, highlighting their ability to overcome the limitations of land transportation. Airships provide an efficient solution for transporting heavy and bulky loads, especially in remote areas where infrastructure is limited. With modern technology, such as the SkyCat 1000 project, these vehicles can operate on flat surfaces and accommodate large volumes of cargo, representing a viable and cost-effective alternative compared to traditional methods. Additionally, airships are environmentally sustainable, as they emit fewer pollutants and require less infrastructure. The article concludes that, despite significant investments in airship development, there is still a need for further research to validate their viability in the cargo transport market.
