This scientific article is a review of the literature on National Mobilization, which aims to investigate the register of Companies Directly Related to National Security (EDR/SN), in which confidential data on companies with diverse branches of activity are stored, considered important so that, quickly and efficiently, the specific needs of armed employment can be met. From ancient times, relevant facts and ideas are presented that made it possible to expand the capacity of armies. Currently, in bibliographical and documentary research, concepts and legislation are presented allowing the reader to understand logistics and National Mobilization, in order to understand the importance of the Nation in having strong mobilization power. It also shows the grandeur of this process, as it is inter-ministerial, and the involvement required of both the military and the civilian population. Finally, this research supports the author in carrying out the proposed analysis, which will be restricted to the universe of the EDR/SN register in 2006, as to whether the information contained therein meets the mobilization needs
